Dear residents,

 This is a friendly reminder that the quiet hours for Windwood are 10pm-8am. Please be courteous of others. 

Barcode

Quiet Hours

Purchase your barcode within 10 days of moving in/getting a new vehicle. This is to help relieve the guest entrance at the front gate.

Please make sure all vehicles have valid registration. This is not only a Windwood requirement but Florida State law.

Art Group

Little Library

There is a community arts group that meets Saturdays in clubhouse 2 from 10am-12pm.  Participation is free and open to anyone living in Windwood. The Arts Group will meet weekly to encourage anyone interested to improve their art skills in  Please bring drawing or watercolor supplies. Items to be used in still lifes would also be welcome. What is the contest?   Light Up for the Holidays contest - to encourage decorating your Condo or Villa entryway for the holidays.  You will also have a choice to vote for your favorite decorated property and possibly win $50 – by winning the most votes from fellow Windwood residents.

Special thanks to Steve Carbol and his crew from Solitude Lake Management for building and donating this new bird house. We installed it in the Zen Park to attract Screech-owls, Flycatchers & Woodpeckers.
