Effective Monday June 6, 2022 the Windwood HOA office will accept debit and credit cards, checks, and money orders as payment for the different services listed on the HOA price list. 

CASH will no longer be accepted in the office.

Windwood Perimeter Hedges - Olivewood Terrace

As part of our landscape cleanup project, Windwood HOA contracted with Sherlock Tree Company to undertake our long overdue hedge trimming. There is a noticeable improvement in the appearance of our Ficus hedges. One hedge along the perimeter road across from Olivewood Terrace was not in good health. It had numerous dead branches inside the Ficus hedge. The arborist at Sherlock Tree Company recommended a low cut on this hedge to allow for expedited new growth which will eventually fill in the gaps in the hedge. 

We expect to see a noticeable improvement in the fullness of this hedge in 4-6 weeks, but the hedge will not reach its desirable height until after spring 2023. Sherlock Tree Company will not trim the height of this hedge until it reaches its desired 8 ft height.
